Beautify Historic Flushing presents Flushing’s Third Annual Spring Community Festival, celebrating the history of Flushing through eat, heal, make and play areas. Demonstrations and educational programming will engage our community with hand-on activities. Children and adults are welcome to come learn and experience Flushing’s unique heritage at this full-day outdoor festival.
WHERE: A volunteer project set up to highlight the History of Flushing at the former Bowne Farm estate: Margaret Carmen Green and Weeping Beech Park (37th Avenue and Bowne Street). Free.
