Beginner’s Needlepoint Workshop at Bowne House

• WHEN: Saturday, March 21st, 2026 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm

• WHERE: Bowne House at 37-01 Bowne Street, Flushing, NY 11354

• WHAT TO EXPECT: Participants will be taught how to sew a design using needlepoint and create their own keepsake. Plus, learn about the history of needlepoint and “samplers” in the lives of early American girls and women. The workshop will be led by Bowne House Trustee Janet Caraisco. All materials will be supplied to participants. 

• PLEASE NOTE: All participants under 16 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult.

  Admission: $25 per participant.
